1. Select the correct order from the list and then the product you want to replace.
2. In the comments, write what product and size you want to exchange.
3. Finally, you just need to approve the form.
4. After receiving your application, we will contact you by email.

You can verify the status of the exchange at any time in the " My Account " tab.

Returns:
You can return the product within 30 days of receiving the package.

Online – this is the fastest and easiest way to inform us about your wish to return the product.
1. go to the On-line Returns Panel
2. Select the correct order from the list and then the product you want to return.
3. In the comments, write what is the reason for your return (optional)
4. Finally, you just need to approve the form.
5. After receiving your application, we will contact you by email.
Classic return form:
If you are unable to complete the on-line return form, you can use the classic form of return notification. Both forms are correct.
Here you will find an example of a classic return form that you can print or type it manually..
Warning!
If you have reported a return through the On-line panel then the classic return form is unnecessary
Terms and settlement
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the contract
The refund will be made using the same method that you used for payment (in the case of cash on delivery - the refund will be made into the bank account that you have given us in the form).
You can return the goods within 30 days from the day after receiving the order, whereby:
- if you want to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, you will receive a refund in the same form in which the payment for the returned goods was made.
- if you want to return the product between the 15th and 30th day, you will receive a refund in the form of a gift card top-up.

Notifications:
If you have made a return via the Online Returns Panel, you can verify the status of the return at any time in the " My Account> Merchandise returns " tab.
For any other form of return request, please contact Customer Service to obtain a refund status.
COMPLAINT
MITARE is liable to the customer if the product has a physical or legal defect (warranty).
MITARE is legally liable if the defect is found within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.
The customer has the option of submitting a complaint if the product does not conform to the description in the store.
The store will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days from receiving the complaint.
If the complaint is rejected, we will send you the goods back together with the justification of our decision.
The easiest and fastest form of filing a complaint is to use the On-line Complaints panel
1. go to the Online Complaints panel
2. Select the correct order from the list and then the product you want to complaint.
3. In the comments, write the reason for the complaint, describe the problem in detail.
4. Finally, you just need to approve the form
5. After receiving your application, we will contact you by email.
Classic complaint form:
If you are unable to fill in the online complaint form, you can use the classic form of submitting a complaint.
Both forms of submitting a complaint are correct.

Notifications:
If you have submitted a complaint via the On-line panel, then the classic complaint form is unnecessary;
if you cannot submit a complaint via the on-line panel, then print the form (or rewrite it), fill it in and put it in the box with the goods.
